Great service. Never have had to wait longer than about 5 minutes. Everyone is always pleasant. I generally see Camilla Pace, APRN. Had a problem that I wanted a second opinion on. Dr. De Leon saw me within just a few days. His diagnosis is the same as Camilla Pace. So the problem is now officially taken care of. Who ever I have seen has always taken the time to explain everything in detail so that I could understand it. The next time I need a doctor visit I will have a great place to go. I recommend this medical facility to everyone.

Dr. De Leon has been my doctor for 20 years and has always made the best decisions in my health. He was my husband's Doctor also. He was my mother's Doctor when he first started practice in Lake City. He took very good care of her and she was very happy with him and decisions made. She lived to be 2 months short of being 101 years young. I will miss him 😢 . He could answer all your questions or would refer you to another knowledgeable doctor.
